Top 10 Most Copied Celebrity Styles Revealed

In a bid to discover more about the fashion-conscious females in the UK, www.MyCelebrityFashion.co.uk looked into site statistics and polled 1,452 women aged between 18 and 30 to discover the top 10 most copied celebrities, in terms of style, that influence them the most. Two thirds, 68%, of the women admitted to copying a celebrity’s style, in one way or another, in the past.

When asked “Why do you copy the style of a celebrity?” 23% stated that they just want to look like them, whilst 14% copied female stars to achieve the ‘trendiest’ looks. 8% claimed to do so because they thought that if something looked good on a celebrity, it would look good on them. 19% said they would even buy something they originally didn’t like, after seeing it on a celebrity, and would trust the celebrity’s fashion taste rather than their own.

On top of clothes, a tenth of the respondents said that they had also based a previous haircut on the style of a celebrity’s, whilst 17% copied make-up styles to help them achieve the celebrity look. The Top 10 most copied celebrity styles, according to the most popular search results on MyCelebrityFashion.co.uk, are:

3.   Kate Middleton
4.   Natalie Portman
5.   Jenifer Aniston
6.   Victoria Beckham
7.   Sarah Jessica Parker
8.   Audrina Patridge
9.   Lea Michele

In comparison to 2008, only 3 of the top 10 remain in the list.
The Top 10 most copied celebrity styles of 2008, based on searches via MyCelebrityFashion.co.uk, were:
1.   Angelina Jolie
2.   Britney Spears
3.   Paris Hilton
4.   Victoria Beckham
5.   Cameron Diaz
6.   Jenifer Aniston
7.   Katie Holmes
8.   Kylie Minogue
9.   Beyonce
10.   Anne Hathaway

Petite gossip: New Look of Shakira revealed on Twitter!

Petite singer celebrity 5'0? Shakira (35 years) just in time for the holidays, debuted a new look on Twitter on Tuesday (December 6). The Colombian singer is on holiday in Barcelona, she appeared in a salon and cut several inches of her long hair. Feeling pop according to photographers at the scene, spent more than six hours in the salon Jordi Ripoll, which opened its doors just for her. After his haircut and publish a photo of Linda on Twitter (on top) by Shakira, according to reports, they went to the apartment of boyfriend Gerard Piqué.

Talent Management: Mariah Carey’s Twins Revealed To Be A Boy & A Girl

Ever since Carey's husband Nick Cannon revealed that they were having twins on his radio show back in December last year – “In order for my wife and I to have our life, we need to be up front and I need to be able to share things with you and be real. I didn’t even tell my wife I was going to do this. I’m probably going to get yelled at for not getting permission. We’re having twins!” - we have been wondering whether they’d be having two boys or two girls. But it seems no one expected this.

Carey told Life & Style: “Even before we announced it was twins, I was trying to keep everything gender neutral because I didn’t want to impose an identity on them too soon.

“There were fan contests on Twitter about what gender they are and rumours about them being two boys or two girls — but nobody guessed this!”

The couple are thrilled to be getting both a son and a daughter, who are expected in April.
