After an emotional interview with Piers Morgan on ‘Life Stories’ (ITV) over the weekend Cheryl Cole is reportedly delighted to have a collaboration with ‘Umbrella’ singer Rihanna to look forward to in 2011.
It seems that Rihanna is a huge fan of Cheryl’s, recently telling Galaxy FM, ‘She is awesome, I think she is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen’.
Rihanna has expressed an interest in working with the X-Factor star next year and Cheryl has apparently responded enthusiastically to the suggestion, ‘When I found out she wanted to collaborate, I got goose bumps all over’ she is quoted as saying,
‘We're definitely doing something together next year. I'm totally up for it.’
Cheryl Cole has had a tough year during 2010. She has faced a painful divorce and stared death in the face after contracting malaria while on holiday with friend Derek Hough. It was Derek who insisted she have her blood tested when the sickly star collapsed earlier in the year, in a move that probably saved her life.
During her interview with Piers Cheryl said of Derek ‘He’s an amazing, amazing person’ adding ‘I owe him my life.’
Talent Management expect to see the UK singer break America next year with the help of fellow redhead Rihanna. Meanwhile we hope that she gets a chance to ‘put on her scruffs and UGGs’, a desire that she also shared with viewers on Saturday.
